The History of Hellesdon House


Norwich was a Anglo-Saxon settlement. During the 11th century, Norwich was the largest city in England after London and one of the most important places in the kingdom.

Hellesdon Manor House was once owned by the Bullards Brewery family and prior to this the House owned Hellesdon Mill which was the largest mill in England.

Royal Connections

With it’s easy access to Queen’s Sandringham Estate It is said that members of the Royal family visited the house and grounds in the 19thCentury.
