On a quiet lane in next to the river Wensum, Hellesdon Manor House is set in beautiful grounds with an array of follies including a grotto with small faountain , a large fountain, rolling banks and manicured lawns. There is ample safe and secure parking. The owner has spent years bringing these private garden back to their former glory.

Hellesdon Manor House has many Large spaces and breakout rooms for your events day. Drawing Room large with lots of natural daylight through elegant feature Georgian windows overlooking the grand gardens and lawn.The Morning room, is a bright yet intimate room which is great for breakout sessions. The Dining room and Billiard Room Two large adjoining rooms which can be divided to create two separate areas. These have direct access to the conservatory and gardens.
